We are located in Xiong'an, the city of the future of China. All products are made here because our non-genetic inheritors are here. Starting from our location, we handle all aspects of production and transportation to ensure that every product meets our high quality standards.

From the moment we receive your order, it takes 2-3 business days to craft your bracelet(s). Upon readiness for shipment, you'll receive an email containing a track and trace code. If you haven't received this code, kindly check your spam folder. Should you still not find it, contact us at support@lotusynergy.com, and we'll assist you in tracking your order and updating you on its status.

Please ensure that we have the correct wrist size and delivery address to complete your order efficiently.

Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores, we have local agents and sales points. However, ordering our products online is very easy and safe! If you need any help, please contact support@lotusynergy.com.

Please check your email (and the spam inbox). Sometimes we reach out to you if we see that the wrist size is missing from the order or when the wrist size is rather large/small.

We recommend refraining from wearing your bracelet during strenuous activities. While the lotus seed beads are naturally hard-wearing (Mohs hardness 3.5), other components like clasps or decorative elements vary in durability—some may be more resistant, while others could sustain damage from impacts or prolonged friction.

Please note that lotus seeds are afraid of water, please do not wear them in the bath or on rainy days.

If you've already placed the order, you can notify us by replying to the confirmation email. Most of the time, we can prioritize your order and create it within 1 business day or even within a few hours. For transport, we use priority shipping to deliver it to you as quickly as possible. Yes, it is possible. Submit your wrist size and then add "loose fit" (in the note or email us afterward is also an option). Keep in mind you need to submit your true wrist size, and not calculate any extra inches yourself. Often, this results in too large bracelets and disappointment.

So if you measured your wrist size as 7.25 inches and you want a loose fit, submit 7.25 inches, loose fit.

If you're unsure, don't worry—we offer complimentary resizing for first-time orders within 30 calendar days of receiving the bracelet. You can always reach out to us at support@lotusynergy.com if you need assistance or if the recipient has previously ordered from Aurum Brothers—we can easily look up their wrist size. Alternatively, we also offer e-gift cards.

At Aurum Brothers, we prioritize creating perfectly fitting bracelets that complement your wrist beautifully. Here’s why we prefer wrist measurements over fixed lengths:

1. Custom Fit for Every Wrist: Wrist measurements ensure that each bracelet is tailored specifically to your wrist, providing a comfortable and secure fit, unlike standard lengths which might be too loose or tight.
2. Bead Size Variations: Our bracelets are crafted with high-quality natural beads, which can have slight size variations. For example, a 4mm bead might actually measure between 3.9mm and 4.1mm due to natural factors and production processes. This minor variation can affect the overall length of the bracelet.
3. Unique Designs: Different bead sizes and designs affect the bracelet’s length. A bracelet made with larger beads will have a different length compared to one made with smaller beads, even if they both wrap around the wrist the same way.

Creating your custom-made bracelet takes 2-3 business days, provided you have supplied a wrist size and a valid address. Once ready, it is prepared for priority shipping.

Shipping times vary by location:

• For the USA, it takes 1-2 business days.
• For Europe, it takes 1-4 business days, depending on the country.
• For Asia, it takes 2-4 business days, depending on the country.
• For the Middle East, it takes 2-4 business days.

In most cases, you can change the delivery address yourself on the tracking confirmation page. If you're unable to do so, please contact both the courier service and us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes to amend the address.

Please note that changing the delivery address to a different address and/or country may not always be possible, and if it possible additional transport costs may be charged to you.

Of course, we understand that getting the size right the first time can be a little tricky, especially with custom-made bracelets. That's why we offer complimentary resizing within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. Simply send an email to support@lotusynergy.com, and we'll provide you with a free shipping label and guide you through the easy steps for resizing your bracelet or necklace.

Exchanging bracelets is simple and free. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s) for an exchange. The bracelet must not show any signs of usage, and the tag needs to remain attached. As soon as your package has been delivered to our facility, we will inform you about its arrival and process your exchange at no additional cost.

Yes, returns are completely free. Although our bracelets are handmade items, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. For all Aurum Brothers items, we offer a '30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee' on all bracelets purchased at WWW.LOTUSYNERGY.COM. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). After 30 calendar days, returns are not possible.

The bracelet must be in its original condition with no signs of wear and the tag still attached. We're proud to offer free returns with no restocking fees. Once we receive your return, we'll process your full refund.
